With Takao, however, the missions are proving to be a bit more difficult. The missions are typically pretty easy, just cause a very large amount of damage multiple times and then be within the top five players in a match by experience. So far, they have done this for nine ships, four Kongo class battleships, four Myoko class cruisers, and most recently, a Takao class cruiser. Players are given a set of challenging missions to complete, and are rewarded with consumables, credits, and at the end, a fancy new ship with the captain voice acted by the original voice actor from the show. Alright, so wargaming teamed up with the creators of the anime arpeggio of blue steel a while back, resulting in players having the chance to unlock premium ships based on the ships from the show.
